Kitchen – check under the sink for moisture; make sure refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher are in working order; run faucets and garbage disposal
Bathrooms – check under the sink for moisture; check for leaks and moisture in showers and bathtub; flush toilets and check for leaks; run all the faucets.
Common Interior Inspection – water indoor/outdoor plants; check for mold and mildew; check for termites, insects, pests and water intrusion throughout the home.

Groceries purchased and stored, air conditioning and ceiling vents turned on and/or windows opened, water turned on, flowers placed, fresh laundered linens on beds, towels arranged in the bathrooms, deck furniture placed on decks and patio, house freshened up and aired out, security system disarmed as appropriate, decks, walkways, lanais, and driveways cleaned of debris and special requests completed.
House cleaning coordinated, beds made, sheets and towels cleaned, dishes washed and put away, all doors and windows secured, lights on timers set, water turned off, outdoor furniture stored or covered per specific instructions, driveways, lanais, walkways and decks cleared of debris, air conditioning set to appropriate level, trash placed for collection and security system turned on.
Key holding services, mail forwarding, coordination of transportation from and to the airport, light handyman and landscaping services, vendor coordination (we coordinate access and meet everyone you authorize at your home including but not limited to maintenance, repair, pest control, landscaping and tree trimming, and utility providers), pre-storm services (secure outdoor furniture, potted plants, hammocks and any other outdoor items, etc.) and post-storm services (clean walkway and driveway, pick-up trash, etc.), and emergency services response, etc. Additional services and pricing available upon request.

Photos and checklists reports are emailed to our clients after each visit. Owners are immediately contacted if repair(s) are needed and pictures are emailed upon completion of the repair(s). QRIDit software is FREE to you and provides real time reporting.
