Who We Are

Hawaii Hale Watch is a woman owned and operated business. It is important to us to be extension of our clients, and in order to be that our focus is on being flexible, responsive and detail oriented at all times.

Danka is the owner and founder and she is also licensed real estate broker in Hawaii. She has 16+ years’ work experience at a major global commercial real estate company. She loves to work with people, find solutions to specific problems, and add value to everything she does. Her passionate personality defines her and has helped to shape her into the professional she is today. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Global Leadership and Sustainable Development.

Hawaii Hale Watch’s mission is to deliver superior, reliable and individually tailored services to our clients in the utmost ethical and professional manner possible.

Therefore, we are here to serve you, fill in the void during your absence, ease your worries, be your eyes and ears (and many times, hands and feet as well) on the ground, and ensure your peace of mind and good night’ sleep. We pledge to treat your property like it was our own while you are away and unable to do so yourself. Whether your property is your second home gateway, or you travel for extended periods of time, Hawaii Hale Watch provides visual property inspections, various vendor coordination, and offer various concierge services customized to your specific needs.  Hawaii Hale Watch is not licensed as an inspector and does not provide that service.

We understand very well how much energy and time it takes to try to oversee your property from a distance and how heavy it can feel when you have to ask your friends, relatives or neighbors for a favor to check on your property. At first this can potentially seem like a good solution, but when some issues appear and prompt actions are required, your property can quickly become a liability to those who kindly agreed to “help you out while you’re away.” And unexpected issues and damages can develop at any time. For example, a water leak or extreme humidity and stagnant air can cause the growth of mold and mildew within a short time. Termites, insects and pests might infest your home very quickly in your absence, causing not only damage but also an unpleasant surprise upon your return. Many things can go wrong in an unattended property.

Background Checks

Our clients’ trust in our company is essential to us. All of our employees are subject to an extensive mandatory criminal background check. This includes checking of the national, state, and county criminal registries, sex offender registry, driving record registry, and the nationwide address registry.

Who we are not!

It’s important to understand and for us to stress that we are not termite, mold or home inspectors. That line of work requires much different levels of training, licensing and certification.
